Our quote, sample and contact forms ask for your name and email address. Depending on the form and what you choose to provide, they may also collect company and contact details, delivery address, product specifications, artwork, other attachments and your message.
We use the details you submit to review and respond to your enquiry, discuss a quotation or arrange requested samples. Submitted requests are stored in the website’s WordPress administration system; notification and confirmation emails may be sent using the website’s configured email service. Hosting and email service providers may process information as needed to operate those services.
When a request is submitted, the website records the page address, IP address and browser information alongside the request. Some selection and comparison tools place the choices you enter in the address of the quotation page; those details may appear in browser history or server logs.
