Quoting & pricing

What information do I need for a quote?
Your application, size, quantity, number of designs and destination. Add artwork if available; anything unknown can stay “not sure yet”.
How are minimum quantities and lead times determined?
They depend on the material, process, design count and delivery requirements. The quotation confirms the details.
What affects the price most?
Material family, size, total quantity, number of designs, finishes such as foil and lamination, and tooling for new shapes. The quotation shows price breaks.
Can I get a quote for several products or projects at once?
Yes. Add a block per product in the quote form; each is quoted separately and can have its own construction.
Do you quote in my currency?
USD, EUR, GBP or CNY on request; state your preference in the quote form.

Materials & adhesives

Can you help me choose a material and adhesive?
Share the surface, environment and application method. Our team can help match the specification to your use; the selection guide and quick selector give a starting point.
Paper or film?
Paper where the label stays dry and the look should be natural or premium-tactile. Film where moisture, oils, handling or weather are involved, or for the no-label look.
Which adhesive for chilled or wet bottles?
A cold-use adhesive on a film face stock. Tell us whether labels are applied to wet, cold bottles or applied warm and chilled afterwards.
Which adhesive holds on HDPE or PP?
A high-tack adhesive matched to low-energy plastics, confirmed on your bottle with samples after 24 hours.
Will a removable label leave residue?
Removable adhesives are designed to peel cleanly within an agreed time frame on the specified surface; heat and sun shorten that window.
Do you share technical data sheets?
Yes. The quotation names the grade and we provide the supplier data sheet for the construction we propose.

Artwork & proofing

Which file formats do you accept?
Vector PDF, AI, EPS or SVG preferred; packaged INDD; PNG, JPG or TIFF for photos at 300 dpi at final size. See the artwork guidelines.
Do I need to supply a cutline?
Not necessarily. Supply one as a separate spot layer if you have it; otherwise we draw it from your artwork and show it on the proof.
How do I prepare artwork for white ink?
Supply the white as a separate spot layer named “White”, or send the artwork and tell us which areas should be opaque; we prepare the layer.
Can you match a Pantone or a physical sample?
Yes, as closely as the process and material allow. Colour-critical work gets a press proof on the final material.
What does the proof show?
Layout, size, cutline, white ink layer, bleed and text. Your approval is the reference for production.

Production & quality

What is the difference between stickers and labels?
Stickers often support branding and distribution. Product labels are configured around packaging and application needs. We can help you choose.
What is the difference between die cut and kiss cut?
Die cut goes through the face stock and the liner, so each sticker is an individual piece. Kiss cut goes through the face stock only, leaving a backing border.
Can you make labels for machine application?
Share your applicator and roll requirements, including core size, maximum roll diameter and unwind direction. Sample rolls are available for line trials.
What quality checks do you perform?
Material checks against the specification, print and cut checks for colour, registration and cutline accuracy, and roll and packing checks before dispatch. A sample is retained per order.
Do you test adhesion before production?
Yes. Samples in the proposed construction are applied to your container and checked for adhesion, edge lift and, where needed, removal.

Delivery & reorders

Where do you deliver?
Worldwide. Shipping options, transit times and terms are stated on the quotation for your destination.
How are rolls packed?
Rolls are boxed with the label count per roll, winding and reference marked; packing checks happen before dispatch.
Do you keep my specification for repeat orders?
Yes. Material, roll specification and artwork version stay on file so reorders match the first run.
Can I change the artwork on a reorder?
Yes. Send the new file; a new proof is issued and the version recorded against the specification.

Samples

Can I request samples?
Yes. Request the sample pack to compare materials and finishes, or sample rolls in your specification once it is confirmed.
What is in the sample pack?
Paper, kraft, white and clear BOPP, PET and vinyl swatches; matte and gloss lamination, foil and spot UV examples; printed label and sticker pieces.
Are samples free?
Costs and delivery options for sample packs are confirmed by email before dispatch; sample rolls in your specification are arranged through the quotation.
No questions match. Ask us directly through the quote form or by email.
