  • Sheets

Your artwork, selected stock and final construction are approved together before production.

Translucent Xuan-paper tea label with visible paper fibres.
Overview

Choose the paper variant for the pack.

Choose from translucent, flecked, coloured and textured Xuan-paper variants. They are choices within a label family, not one identical sheet. Select the specific paper before setting the artwork and colour expectations.

UV printing and die cutting create the finished label. This construction is supplied as sheets. Plan the peel and application layout around the finished tea tin, box or pouch.

Craft

Details to approve.

The material, artwork and finish work together. Review these decisions before production.

Compare the variants

Check translucency, paper colour and decorative texture on physical samples. The packaging beneath a translucent label becomes part of its appearance.

Print for the background

Review small lettering and colour on the chosen paper. Leave enough contrast between the artwork and any flecks, fibres or printed packaging beneath it.

Set the die-cut shape

Confirm the cut line, sheet layout and peel arrangement. Trial the label over corners, seams or closure flaps before production.

FAQ

Before you order.

More label FAQs
Are all versions translucent?

No. Translucent and decorative variants have different appearances. Select the exact paper and approve its appearance on your packaging.

Can these labels run through a roll applicator?

This construction is supplied as sheets. Choose a different construction if roll application is required.

Can I put the label on a chilled tea bottle?

This paper family is for dry packaging. A chilled or wet application needs a different approved construction and a relevant test.

Is the paper made from rice fibre?

Xuan paper describes the paper family; the name alone does not establish its fibre composition. If composition matters, request the exact stock information.

What should I check on a tea tin?

Approve adhesion to the actual painted or coated surface, readable print, the cut shape and how the label behaves around seams or the lid.
