High-Tack Tyre-Adhesive Labels: Printed label example.
Overview

Start with the surface, not a strength adjective.

The pictured construction combines 80 gsm coated paper with silver film and a hot-melt tyre adhesive on CCK backing. The layered face is useful where existing content should be concealed; approve the result on the actual surface.

Agree the application process and the required time in use, then trial a finished label. Any plasticiser, contamination, roughness or curvature should be included in the evaluation.

FAQ

Before you order.

More label FAQs
Will it bond to every rubber surface?

No universal result is assumed. Rubber composition, additives, surface condition and time in use need a trial.

Does high tack mean it can be removed cleanly?

No. Removal behaviour is a separate requirement that must be agreed and tested.

Can a round or strip shape be used?

Provide the intended dimensions and review the cut shape on the actual surface.

What test should be requested?

Define the application method, conditions, duration and acceptable bond or edge behaviour for the selected surface.

Can the face stock be chosen independently?

The face stock and finish should be approved as part of the complete adhesive-label construction.
